What is EFT Tapping?

EFT is a gentle, yet powerful, tapping technique used to balance the energy system within the body. A form of psychological acupressure that stimulates the major acupuncture points without the use of needles. Combining these with verbalizing challenges (blocks, feelings, issues, etc) it helps to restore balance within the mind and body and allows them to be open to their natural healing abilities. It can also relieve psychological stress and physical pain, as well as bring clarity to situations. EFT Tapping is easy to use, non-invasive and safe.
